In Collaboration with the HRD Corp National Training Week, Career Vision Resources organized the first free Personality Dimension Introduction Workshop.
HRD Corp National Training Week “Personality Dimensions Introduction Workshop 27 May 2023”
- Used Personality Dimensions® to allow participants to understand themselves and others so they could be more effective in their relationships, work and life.
- Four colours to identify participant’s Temperament preferences: Inquiring Green, Organized Gold, Authentic Blue, Resourceful Orange
- Guided participants to recognize the strengths and challenges of various communication style.
- Taught participants to adjust their style of communicating to be better “heard” by diverse teammates.
